Affordable Dentures & Implants

This place hands down has got to have the most unprofessional office manager EVER... She is very rude and wouldn't even let me speak, then just kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak. That was just the start of it. They are not very informative for people that doesn't have the knowledge of anything with dentures and implants. Make sure you ask many of questions. I feel some information is left out purposely. I ended up leaving w dentures I couldn't even wear that cost a lot of money and lots of Sores in my mouth from where they tried to force them to fit. I would not recommend anyone going here. I would also say the office manager needs to be replaced. I'm sure I am not the only one that has had an issue with her in Jackson Tn at Affordable Dentures. Also called many of times trying to get in to pick up my dentures and I left many if voice-mails and I don't live close. I never could get a answer or a call back. so they say the reason they didn't fit was due to me not getting in soon enough. That was not my fault and if they were doing their job properly then I should have had a call back after leaving numerous voice-mail. I just think it's very unprofessional for any office manager to treat and talk to customers the way she did. It is also not right for clients to leave after spending so much money on a useless product without any suggestions on what could be done.

This is the worst place to go if you are in need of a partial!! I lost my front teeth and went in to get a partial and the “dentist” said it would be better to pull 2 more teeth and the partial would sit better! There is nothing wrong with the 2 teeth he wanted to pull! I was in tears when I left there as they wouldn’t even discuss doing something different! I called affordable in Kentucky and made an appointment for the next day! The dentist examined my teeth and said oh yeah we can get that done for you today! I asked if they would have to pull those 2 teeth and she said absolutely not! I am sitting in the parking lot right now waiting to pick up my partial!! I have never in my life seen a dentist willing to pull 2 perfectly fine teeth for no reason at all and assume it was just a tactic to make more money!

Friendly staff but you wait a long time in the waiting room. It's a year long process to get your final set of teeth. And then you have a 100 days to make that set correct. it takes 3 weeks to get in to get any adjustments done to your final set so that 100 days flies by it felt like a scam to me to me and my teeth still don't fit right.

This place has become horrible. I drive from Savannah Tn & my first consultation was last March. At that time I was so impressed & agreed to a package that included having my bottom teeth pulled & the middle priced quality top & bottom denture. The day they pulled them they were great, male dentist dish a great job & the female techs all double checked that the denture they had made looked great and my bite was aligned correctly but it wasn’t so they said they’d fix & for me to come back. I did come back got my first denture & it was so painful with my extractions still healing that I couldn’t wear for a couple weeks. They readjusted after 2 weeks & my first soft liner fit really well & looked great even though my bite is still off center. 8 weeks go by & I go back to get my second soft liner. None of the people I had previously seen were there except for one tech. A new girl made my second soft liner & there was so much extra wax that it literally was making me choke. I left the appointment crying & tried to go eat. When I realized I couldn’t even eat because the was was blocking my throat I went back & begged to be seen again. They tried to say I’d have to make another appointment even tho I explained I drive 2 hours 1 way & I couldn’t go home like that. The 1 tech that I did recognize from before walked up to the counter to see what was happening because I was getting upset, I looked at her & opened my mouth & she immediately told me to come back that it had to be fixed. Duhh! Even after it was fixed I still took a sterile razor blade & trimmed some excess wax off myself when I got home. That appointment was horrible & I was in no rush to go back but I finally made the appointment to get my hard liner done. I drive up there only to be told that I would have to come back because those appointments are 2 fold and I would need 1 appointment for 9 am & get to pick them up at 3:30pm same day. So finally that day comes. This past Wednesday. I get there at my scheduled time & as usual wait 2 hours to be called back. They put me in a room & leave me then after another hour come to do more impressions. The first set was for 7 mins & then I did another set for 3 mins. I have an ulcer on the side of my bottom right gum where a piece of bone is poking through & the denture has been rubbing against it, the tech asks if I want the doctor to look at it & I say yes please. Another hour goes by & a female doctor finally comes in & tries to wiggle the bone then says “I’ll go look at your cray” . I’ve not had an cray since my initial consultation so I’m confused but ok. She never comes back. The tech finally does around 1:30 and says I can come back to get my dentures at 3:30. By this point I am so frustrated I’m in tears because I paid so much money -almost $4k -to have these made & other than my first 3 appointments my experience has been completely horrible. I show back up at 3:30 & don’t get called back until 5:30. It once again takes another hour to actually have her come in the room & my teeth don’t even come close to fitting. She kept adjusting & kept adjusting & finally gave me the best it was going to get. I am in so much pain. Not uncomfortable, actual PAIN. I now have another ulcer in the works on the opposite side outside of my gums & the side with the original ulcer has a blood spot on the other side with spots & blood all around it. There’s spots rubbing on the top too but thank god not as bad. I can get them in & wear them to at least look normal but I can’t eat anything & im spitting blood every time I clean my teeth & my mouth. I can’t bite down at all and the end of the top right side is so large you can feel & see it through my cheek. These teeth aren’t aligned to fit correctly in my mouth individually & definitely not together. I’ve tried to get an appointment but I’m a working mother & having to go back to this place & do this again just makes me wanna scream but something has to be done quickly. I would NEVER recommend them after all this but I have no choice but to stick it out after giving them $4k of my $
